A. In accordance with § 2.2-3711 (A) (5), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to receive a report from Franklin-Southampton Economic Development, Inc. regarding prospective industries where no previous announcement has been made of the business' or industry's interest in locating its facilities in the community.

B. In accordance with § 2.2-3711 (A) (3), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to discuss the disposition of the former Ivor Elementary School site where discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position or the negotiation strategy of the governing body.
