1. RZA 2016:02 - Request by Jessica Taylor, applicant, for Constance Berardinis and Robert F. Kello., Jr., owners, for a zoning map amendment from A-1, Agricultural, to CRR, Conditional Rural Residentak, to permit the creation of one five (5) acre parcel. The property is known as Tax Parcel 58-5, and is located on Indian Town Road (SR 651) approximately 1000 feet east of its intersection with Medicine Springs Road (SR 757). Tax Parcel 58-5 is approximately 91.69 acres in size; this request is to create a five (5) acre parcel. The property is in the Capron Voting and Magisterial Districts.

V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Public Hearing Held April 14, 2016
RZA 2015:04 - Request by Hampton Roads Development, LLC, owner, for a zoning map amendment from A-2, Agricultural and R-1, Residential to CM-1, Conditional Limited Industrial with proffers, for 438.71 acres of property on the north side of Camp Parkway (US Bus 58). The property extends behind Riverdale Elementary School (31023 Camp Parkway) and from the school east to the Franklin city limit, and from Camp Parkway north to the railroad tracks on both sides of Delaware Road (SR 687). The property is known as Tax Parcels 77-36, 77-38, and 77-43 and is in the Franklin Voting and Magisterial Districts.
