1. CUP 2011:03 - Request by Sebrell Farm, LLC, owner, for a Conditional Use Permit to
extend an existing borrow pit/sand mine on property zoned A-1, Agricultural, and to
amend conditions that were approved in 2002. The property is located at 12390
Whitehead Road (Rt. 730), and is known as Tax Parcels 109-4, 109-5C, 109-5A, and
110-9A. The property totals approximately 652.012 acres, and is in the Boykins
Voting and Magisterial Districts.

 

2. CPA 2011:05 – Request by Enviva Pellets Courtland, LLC, applicant, on behalf of
Warren H. and Susan Story and FIATP Timber LLC, owners, for a Comprehensive
Plan Amendment from Single Family Residential to Industrial in the Courtland
Planning Area. The property is located between New Market Road (Rte. 688) and
Shady Brook Trail (Rte. 650) approximately 1.04 miles southeast of the intersection of
New Market Road and Southampton Parkway (Rte. 58). The properties are known as
Tax Parcel 77-73 and a portion of Tax Parcel 76-45, and total 346.11 acres of a
492.25 acre tract. The property is in the Franklin Voting and Magisterial Districts.

 

3. RZA 2011:06 – Request by Enviva Pellets Courtland LLC, applicant, on behalf of
Warren H. and Susan Story and FIATP Timber LLC, owners, for a change in zoning
designation from A-1, Agricultural, to M-2, General Industrial District, to establish a
wood pellet manufacturing plant and/or related facilities. The property is located
between New Market Road (Rte. 688) and Shady Brook Trail (Rte. 650)
approximately 1.04 miles southeast of the intersection of New Market Road and
Southampton Parkway (Rte. 58). The properties are known as Tax Parcel 77-73 and
a portion of Tax Parcel 76-45, and total 346.11 acres of a 492.25 acre tract. The
property is in the Franklin Voting and Magisterial Districts.
