Mon, November 11, 2013 Veterans Day (observed)
Thur, November 28, 2013 Thanksgiving Day
Fri, November 29, 2013 Thanksgiving Holiday
Tue, December 24, 2013 Christmas Eve
Wed, December 25, 2013 Christmas Day
Any date appointed by the Governor of Virginia or the President of the United States shall be a legal holiday as to the transaction of business.
