A. In accordance with § 2.2-3711 (A) (5), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to receive a report from Franklin-Southampton Economic Development, Inc. regarding prospective industries where no previous announcement has been made of the business' or industry's interest in locating its facilities in the community.

B. In accordance with § 2.2-3711 (A) (29), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to discuss the terms and scope of a public contract related to wastewater treatment and pretreatment, where discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position of the public body. 
 
C. In accordance with § 2.2-3711 (A) (1), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to discuss the resignation of the Cooperative Extension 4-H Agent.
