1. No – however there are some zoning requirements and as such you should call (757) 653-3011 for information.
2. A Class “C” Contractor must not contract or perform work form more that $7500.00 per job and must have a trade listed on the license, building, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
3. If you own the home and live in it you can replace the water heater without having a contractor.
4. No more than five (5) dogs.
