State Income Tax Forms

The Southampton County Commissioner of the Revenue's office offers assistance in preparing state income tax returns, provides the necessary forms, and answers questions concerning State Income tax preparation. To have your State Income tax form prepared by this office, you must bring a completed copy of the federal return and all W-2's.
