VI.      ADVISORY COMMITTEE- VOLUNTARY AGRICULTURE AND FORESTAL DISTRICTS
            1.  VAFD Patricia and Paul Milteer Monroe Road 2018- Application by Patricia and Paul Milteer, owners, for the creation of a Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is located on the east side of Monroe Road (Rt 684) at its intersection with Mill Path (Rt 679).   The property is known as Tax Parcel 116-7 and encompasses 309.42 acres.  It is in the Newsoms Voting and Magisterial Districts. 


            2.  VAFD James Nicholson Brandy Pond Road 2018- Application by James Nicholson, Jr., owner, for the creation of a Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is located on both sides of Everett Road (Rt 608) just east of Brandy Pond Road (Rt 655).  The property is known as Tax Parcel 41-13 and encompasses 236 acres.  It is in the Drewryville Voting and Magisterial Districts.

             3.  VAFD Guy Fisher Estate Hugo Road 2018- Application by Joan Fisher Collins, applicant, for Guy Fisher Estate, owner, for the creation of a  Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is located on both sides of Hugo Road (Rt 186) between Hugo Road and the North Carolina State Line west of the Town of Branchville.  This property is known as Tax Parcel 110-14 and encompasses 283 acres.  It is in the Boykins Voting and Magisterial Districts.  



           4.  VAFD Foy Fisher Estate Joyner Road 2018- Application by Joan F Collins, applicant, for Guy Fisher Estate, owner, for the creation of a Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is generally located on both sides of Joyner Road (Rt 701) between Hugo Road (Rt 186) and the North Carolina State Line south of the Town of Branchville.  The property is known as Tax Parcels 110-55 and 111-43 and encompasses 476 acres.  It is in the Boykins Voting and Magisterial Districts.  




          5.  VAFD M. Dennis Gray Sebrell 2018- Application by Jane Stauffer, Joanne Roebuck and M. Dennis Gray, owners, for the creation of a Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is generally located near the intersection of Plank Road (SR 35) and River Road (Rt 647) south of the Courtland Athletic Association ballfields.  The property is known as Tax Parcels 43-7, 44-11, 44-8, 44-10, 44-14, 44-15, 44-16J, 44-16M and encompasses 812.07 acres.  It is in the Capron Voting and Magisterial Districts.

         6.  VAFD Harold Covington Rivers Mill Road 2018- Application by Harold Covington, owner, for the creation of a Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is located on the south side of Rivers Mill Road (Rt 612) in the area of Peetes Church Road (Rt 715).  The property is known as Tax Parcels 54-47 and 54-47A and encompasses 340.49 acres.  It is in the Drewryville Voting and Magisterial Districts. 



        7.  VAFD Linda Covington Drewryville Area 2018- Application by Linda Covington, owner, for the creation of a Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is located on both sides of Drewry Road (Rt 659) approximately 2,200 feet south of its intersection with Cedar View Road (Rt 658).  The property is known as Tax Parcel 69-14 and encompasses 330.59 acres.  It is in the Drewryville Voting and Magisterial Districts. 



        8.  VAFD Harold and Linda Covington Fortsville Road 2018- Application by Harold and Linda Covington, owners, for the creation of a Voluntary Agriculture and Forestal District.  The property is located in the area of Fortsville Road (Rt 659), Mason Road (Rt 610), and Rivers Mill Road (Rt 612).  The properties are known as Tax Parcels 54-3, 53-16, 53-12, 53-13, 53-14, 53-3, and 54-41 and encompasses 741.12 acres.  It is in the Drewryville Voting and Magisterial Districts.
