On behalf of the Board of Supervisors, I am pleased to announce the official launch of Southampton County's world wide web pages at www.southamptoncounty.org. This website is intended to be a useful starting point in informing the world of the abundance of resources and opportunities in Southampton County.

The various web pages and links include a myriad of information about our history and culture, local and state government, educational resources, economic development and tourism, as well as general community news.

We intend for this site to be dynamic forum, constantly updated with insightful and timely information. Please visit it often and give us your honest opinions.
