1. Request by Jack Randall, applicant, on behalf of Sebrell Hunt Club, Inc., owner, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a campground on property with the zoning designation of A-1, Agricultural. The tract is located on the north side of Rosedale Drive (private road) east of its intersection with Old Plank Road (Rte. 35). The site is approximately 2.02 acres in size and the site address is 22357 Rosedale Drive. The property is known as Tax Parcel 31-8 and is located in the Capron Voting District and the Capron Magisterial District
