The new Public Utilities Office is now open in Boykins. The new office and warehouse will serve the water and sewer customers of the entire county. The new facility will be the home to Southampton’s new construction and maintenance crew as well as the Office of the Director of Public Utilities Julien Johnson, Utility System Supervisor Robert Croak and Accountant Jeanne Harness. Other members include Construction Supervisor -Raymond Bryant, Operator-Frank Turner, Utility Specialist-Hugh Holloman and James Bryant
