The
Southampton Sheriff's Office also has a member who is responsible
for maintaining all 9-1-1 road signs in Southampton County.
The Sheriff's Office has someone who travels around the
county looking for damaged or missing 9-1-1- road signs.
When one is found to be damaged or missing, this person
has the materials and equipment at the Southampton Jail
Farm to produce a new signs. Those signs are then put into
their proper place.
